Strength based TE. I am thinking blocking TE, but can still be changed to a RAC Monster. Strength will be pushed to the 3rd cap definitely, maybe 4th cap before any other attribute receives any more SPs than already given. Currently only has basic equipment in stamina, will switch to strength. Will add Custom Equipment. Will boost to 13 before S10 is over. Will boost at end of S11.
