I never voted in this poll. Asking my opinion about something is very different than asking me to weigh in on recommending a decision. I withhold my vote because I don't care to influence the decision in any way. It was an incorrect assumption that my opinion (solicited by PM, no less!) is the same as me throwing my support behind something.

That was actually the analogy I related it to: an artificial dichomoty of crappy choices because no better option has traction with the masses.

This "poll" is running on eastern europe forum. It's currently 19 - 2 in favour of the yes. Considering how only 2 or 3 of the teams over there could really be considered as teams that could "compete". I was surprised by this.
