No. Unless you have really high spin. Otherwise you're increasing the size of a pea by a percentage. Sure it gets bigger, but it's still a small pea.

It isn't really a question of speed/agility. An elusive back will need high carrying to break tackles, along with decent strength. The % bonus stuff really only helps if you're already good at something. That's a real nice AEQ, but you'll need to make build adjustments to get the most out of it. Worth doing IMO.

You're an elusive back, I doubt you can trigger this if your level is anywhere below 40.
You need at least capped strength and a good amount of carrying for this AEQ to be helpful enough for your HB.

I was patient with my LV40 speed/elusive back and I was able to roll "+X speed, +X Power Through SA".
Which right now translates into "+7 speed, +4 Power Through SA".

Be patient... be patient... Just work on your build and try rolling new AEQs.
