agility is 70 natural

The vision on my CB is will be at the 4:1 cap. Then with super vision, he should be in pretty decent shape. His main VA is Ball hawk too, and that gives boosts to speed, vision, and agility, so it gives a bigger boost to that.

EDIT: So thats my advice really, more vision.

my advice is to not put EQ into two different things.
