Just wanted to know what you guys think i can improve on with this Lvl 8 guy and what im doing right as well.

Just a few replays (he gets a lot of missed tackles every game not just a one time thing)

my stats arent that high though simply because i dont get alot of carries, im on a d-leage team so i have no control of the depthchart.

looking good. just keep on improving your speed, agility and vision.
you should also put more points on strength and carrying to help you break tackles.

click on the wiki link at the top of the page and read up on soft caps and slow building.

He has low Strength for a Power Back...
