ATO's been in OPL for his entire career up until we folded the 'Nites to start over about a week ago. I happen to GM a USA AA team who needed a powerback, so I brought him over rather than put him out to pasture. He's a crappy S1 build, we had no idea what we were doing, but in learning from that I stand by what I said.
The real question is: if what you're doing isn't working, what are you changing?

You piped in that those of us that are struggling are doing so due to lack of speed. I don't believe my power back is struggling due to lack of speed. He led Africa AAA1 in TDs and yardage last season, even though his team was the lowest leveled in the league. He just happens to be level 50 in a league full of level 60s. And the opposing defenses blow up our OLine and hit him in the backfield on most plays.
This is to what jdpbernal was referring as well, I believe. It happens when your team promotes when performing above their levels.
Nowhere did I say your HB sucked, and that's why I said "don't get 'em in a wad." I was just saying that your situation isn't remotely the same as the one my HB is in or what jdpbernal may likely face.
