Worth it or no? I'm going to be building one starting next season and was wondering if it would be worth it or not...

No, because it won't help your rushing.
from the description of the SA i'd think otherwise...
This QB is adept at demoralizing the other team when he makes big plays. After any QB rush or pass from outside the pocket, the defense will lose additional morale. This skill is very important for scrambling QBs who rush a lot. A demoralized opponent will find it harder to make tackles and catch up. Additional Levels: Increases the chance of the skill working, and the strength of the morale penalty.

i would think a rushing QB with 10 demoralize would be a beast to defenses. Rush him almost every play the first quarter to soften the defense and then set up to destroy the team with a balanced attack.
I can immagine teams running a 2 QB system do this. Have the rusher start the game and drop the moral really low, and then dominate the rest of the game with the passing qb.

I have a traditionally passing QB that has improved his speed and agility to just below the first cap. Would Demoralize be beneficial?

I would keep rolling for something more suited to your build. Plus 2 throwing or vision may be worth it to you though.
