They keep knocking me to the ver last position on the wait list cause i owned one b4. At 950 is it possible for me to get one. The new owners gotta come first but are my chances slim?

Id go after any team you can get at all and then work them down to cap 13.

Get a 21 cap team. First season, buy lvl 1 CPU players and lose all your games. Build up the stadium for the first season. Get relegated to 13 cap, sign all your guys and move them into your cushy new big stadium.

Best way to do it and not have money issues for equipment and stadium building on the way up.
