Stuck in lvl 17 and unable to sign any cap-21 team. Instead been slow building his vision/confidence the whole season. And have more than20 bonus points ready to be spent for the regular game boost next season. Now he's lvl18 and 3rd capped in throwing. Could be serviceable to your team!
