I am now level 16 and i have 512/1000 XP +42 /day xp. What is the best case for my QB now.
1. Will i leveling up to level 17 until the next season start or not?
2. When can somebody pick me for the next season starter QB in the level 16 cap?
3. What is the earliest time when somebody can send me an offer for a level 16 cap for next season?
4. Can i get a good position now in a level 13 cap team (is that grow to level 16 now) or what is the best to my player. Thanks. Have fun.

You will most likely be a lvl. 18 by the end of this season. That means it is doubtful you will be a starter, but rather a back-up for a cap 21. There is no way your QB will be eligible for a cap 16.
