ok, so i have all my EQ in kicking right now, and his total kicking is 99. is that enough for a kicker? should i put EQ in confidence or vision instead now?

Why would 99 be enough for any attribute on any player? You want your player's primary attribute to be as high as possible, keep putting all your equipment in kicking.

The only extra points he has missed this season are due to stamina, beacause ALL of his missed XPs are from games where he kicked 19+ XPs.

Kicking plays the largest part in all kicking formulas. Punting plays the largest part in all punting formulas. There is no reason I can think of to doubt that.
