Not enough agility or agility based SAs. Pick one or the other (agility, or FS+CD), and get that higher.
Actually it's probably most efficient to move the agility eq into speed and then load up on change direction, assuming you are occasionally getting by your guy. I dunno, depends on what agility is natural. Plus you are going up against pro league LOTs who are not going to give up a lot of sacks. Or you could get more agility and rely on shedding blocks, since strength isn't bad.
It's not a bad base, but you need to decide how you are going to beat tackles and then push that method to the extreme, either loop around on the outside with high speed and change direction, or shed the block and zoom across their face.
Also you should train confidence up, that's probably hurting you in the second half.
