what should I put 11 SP into, all equipment is in throwing, should i raise throwing to 3rd cap, or put it in something else

I'm only a level ahead of you, but me personally I think that taking your Vision to the 61 cap would be good. My throwing is at 69 without equipment, and I just capped that recently I believe, and with equipment I have it to 82.
