The Vienna River Raiders, a team in Western Europe AA #2, are looking to make a change at its offensive coordinator position.

The team is loaded with offensive talent, but for one reason or another, the offense has just flat out sputtered this season. The current OC has informed us he is resigning after the season, however, if we can find a capable replacement in advance, we’ll make the move now and have the new OC lead us into the playoffs.
Here are some qualifications that we’re looking for:
1) Past/current OC experience with at least a level A team. Please detail that experience and any references from other owners/agents if you have them.
2) A good explanation of what your offensive philosophy is. Are you a grind it out guy, or do you prefer to fling it all over the field?
3) Must be willing to post detailed game plans for each and every game must be at least 24 hours in advance.
4) Do a post-season recap on a players’ builds and suggest areas of improvement.
5) Somebody that’s anal and heavy into the details. We’ve got that with the owner (me) and our defensive coordinator, and we need somebody that’s able to not overlook the little details.
6) A burning desire to have a championship trophy on their bio page.
What we can offer:
1) Total control of offensive roster, tactics, etc. It will be YOUR offense and we’ll give you total control of depth charts, who gets cut, what type of offers you want to make to free agents.
2) Virtually unlimited budget. We have a completely built stadium and an annual revenue that usually keeps us around a $10 million surplus.
We’d like to make a move quickly, but don’t want to just hire the first guy that replies.
