This thread makes me laugh because I like my 6'4" CB quite a bit more than my 6'1" CB...I thought that maybe the shorter CB's lack of height was hurting him....LOL...
Would imagine, just talking out of my ass (isn't everyone?), that height and weight would have the following effects on CBs:
Taller:
Higher topspeed
Lower acceleration
Lower CD
Better chance of PD/int
?Higher vision?
Heavier:
Lower topspeed
Lower acceleration
Lower CD
Lower chance of PD/int
?Lower Jumping?
Again, just guessing.
It would seem if you want a tall CB, he should be light, with a lot of agility and Change Direction SA. And maybe zone him up a little more so he doesn't have to match feet with burner WRs.
I wonder if this is the source of the "why can't my WR get open" debate, Big tall WRs against short little CBs can't shake them because of a size handicap.

My 6'4" CB has a lot of agi & a good amount of CD...and he has ZERO trouble matching up with burner WRs:

Here is every play he was thrown at in wk 10 (our most recent, close game):
1) Gives up a 3yd completion...no problems w/ coverage...just doesn't see the pass until it is too late to break it up

2) Looks like he isn't able to break on the ball or bought a fake but still gets the PD (perhaps the FS tipped it first):

3) Swats the pass away:

4) Swats the pass away (in fact if you go frame by frame, you'll see that he stops moving for the last couple ticks and waits for the pass to arrive):

5) Same comment as 4):

6) Swatted the pass:

7) Gave up a 5yd completion...I think he just missed the PD roll, but was right there:

Note: they didn't score a TD via passing, so there weren't any completions that I failed to show you...Frankly, this is about the only game this season in which the other team threw at him...
