I'd get speed/vision to 60 and put all your equipment in speed. Then focus on getting vision to 48, followed by 68 on both speed/agility.

+1 its sound advice. this build is not shot, it just needs tweaking. the equipment is the thing that is glaringly wrong.

seeing your EQ spread out like that made me want to vomit, get that into speed or agility as soon as you possibly can
