I'm not an owner or an GM, but as for some advice on your player, you got caught in the same trap that a lot of other people do. Putting points into SA's to quickly. They will help you, but they wont really take effect until your attributes and/or skills are at least 50...possibly higher. Do not put anymore points into your SA's and only concentrate on your attributes and skills at this time...need to be able to throw ,block ,tackle ,etc. well before the bonuses will take effect.

Honestly you should retire your player

I've already retire a QB because he had skill points in scramble abilities :s . Anyboy'll pick me you think? I must find someone to tell me how to play ><
