First thing, do not put any more points into the SA's. You need to concentrate on your attributes and skills first. SA's give you a bonus to your skills and attributes, and you wont get much of a bonus when your speed is only 19. Second, sell the equip. piece that you have on your stamina and get a new piece and put it on either speed or agility. It will help you a lot more there than stamina. If you do this, then you might get a few more looks from some owners.
