Makes us realize sometimes how stupid this game is in comparison to real life.

Would it be possible to contact support in this situation? Does GLB even have customer support.

A GM on the team could try contacting support if the owner goes inactive for a long time. Sometimes they'll hand it over to the GM, sometimes they won't, it just depends on the situation and which admin you get handling the ticket.

Already tried (twice ) BUT since his account is being logged on to (by either him or someone else) there is nothing they can do as it is NOT inactive. They basically stated "they can't do anything about bad management"..
