It looks like it's 2 up from 3&4 and 4 down from A2.

If 2 teams move up and 2 teams come down from the A leagues, then there would be 4 total teams leaving those leagues and therefore enough for 1 east and 1 west winner from each BBB league to move up.

I think your over looking the teams moving down from AA.

there will be two teams coming down from A #2, one will go into BBB3 and one will go into BBB4. remember its a pyramid league setup now. so we need to send the winner from the BBB3 and BBB4 up to A #2.

BBB1 BBB2 BBB3 BBB4

Correct, there are more teams in BBB than A, and more in A than AA and so on...

BBB #3 + BBB #4 Champions Move to A #2, while the worst team from the Western and Eastern Conference will move down into BBB #3 + BBB #4 to replace those lost teams. The east and west losers are randomly decided into who takes BBB #3 or BBB #4.

-----a. You must be in the top 8 of your conference to make the playoffs. And it is single elimination. The top teams in each conference, through playoff, get promoted to the next league (there are 2 conferences in a league and 16 teams per conference)
