Pee Wee is fun... but it is also the most competitive league you could possibly imagine because everyone supposedly starts out on an even footing. But then the teamwork, the AI, and the quality of the builds kick in and suddenly you're slaughtering teams using the exact same starting resources as you had. There really isn't a division like it out there except maybe the first season of a cap 13 league, where yes some people have farmed players in at level 13 and they boost to 16 on signing, so the difference between boosters and non-boosters is slightly higher.
What I'm saying is that Pee Wee is awesome and we need to remind Bort that we shouldn't have to pay flex to have a Pee Wee Pro league.
