I have a player like yours, although I'm only at level 24. What I'm doing is training on intense with carrying/strength. Trying to get him to the point where he's tough to bring down after he catches the ball. That's what I'd suggest you train on.

ignore this by MF!

Do this:
Speed to 70 ASAP, no more SP in catching for awhile. Instead work on jumping and carrying until both soft capped. YOu can train strength if you want but dont waste time training over 30.

once above is done train confidence and stamina while putting SP into FS to 8 and QC to 5. Invest in QF VA to 15. Lose the under dog VA next season. Ballhawk to about 10 will help as well.

Yeah I mean if you want the speed guy, go for sjkiller said. That being said, if you haven't noticed already, Bort has made a shift where the speedy guys aren't as effective as they used to be. That's why I was thinking if you got a guy that can break some tackles, you may end up with an advantage.

Your advise is ok later in his career. BUT, unless you plan to build a very untraditional WR you need to get the base build before you do anything else. THe base is 68 speed, then 68 agility, then soft cap catching, vision, jumping. That should be the base WR that everyone does. Once you get to that you then decide the WR type you want to be. if you want a speed WR then up speed to 80. if you want an elusive WR then up agility. possession WR up catching to 68.

If you also are up to date on the nerfs, Bort just nerfed elusive backs this season. Therefore Fakes are not what they once were.

best advice for Ontilt is to get speed to 68, then catching to 60 then jumping to 48 then carry to 48 then vision to 60 then some points in Juke, QC, and FS. you can get FS to 10.

That is my thoughts.
