Stop putting points into SA's for a while. Also, try to get all the EQ Bonus to one stat, favorably speed. Get speed naturally to 68. Do the same with agility. Train Jumping/Vision until you can get speed to 68. Once it is there, train strength/carrying or stamina/confidence.

k thanks i did stop the sa when i heard it wasnt that smart to put points into them till later
