I'm assuming this is your first WR. With this assumed, don't touch catching for a long time. Try to get all of your equipment bonus to one stat, favorably speed. Also, get speed and agility to 68 without equipment bonus included.

retirement might be the best option.

You need all EQ in speed. At this point your speed should be in the 70's with your EQ, and your agility should be in the 50s on it's way to a 60 2nd cap. The time it would take to "fix" your build would be 3-4 seasons. Prob best to start over.

I don't think retirement should ever be the best option. The build is fixable if the OP is willing to take the time.

Yeah for 3-4 seasons, or he could retire the player and within the same time be back at the low L20's with a better build. It's his call, the issues is GMs will skip over him and he might have a real hard time landing a contract over the next couple of years as well b/c of the issues with his build. As a team GM there's no way I'm signing a WR with under 20 agility unless it's a Pee-Wee team!
