BKK shouldn't be that high. BUT, with that said the list is made. This is our list, this is what we are using, if you don't like it you should have sent a vote in. All this really means is it's time for BKK to grow up and show they belong. Being a top team in a tourney is like a playoff game, I'm sure you guys will try your best and thats all we ask. Good luck.
