I can't figure out what is best for a speed DE. He has 91 speed and 88 agility and no SPs in SAs.

Can someone please help me decide where to put them?

thats what the title asked for, but not the thread. At least thats not how it reads.

I think he was just mentioning he has no SAs. Could be wrong though, it's worded confusingly.

i think he wants VA advice and is also stating he has no SA. shed blocks is still a good answer for what he needs

VA, depends on current vision... JTS? str? heavyweight?

Honestly, I would say pass rusher since you need more agility and strength. Speed rushers are nice for the short run but they'll run into problems later on when the lineman catch up to them "relatively" in the speed category.
