here my guy, need advice to build him as a good mlb..

speed, agility, vision, strength, and tackling all need to go to 68 which will take forever....you might be able to get away with strength to 60 though.

can you give me the stat growth by importance (i know they need to be cap at 48+) , but just need to see where i should prioritize

If you don't mind him being average for 2 or 3 seasons you can't go far wrong with a plan like this.
