We are a team that exceeded expectations last season in a cap 21 league. Our average level on offense was 14 at the end of last season and our average level on defense was 17 and we still made the playoffs in that league.
Unfortunately, our success led us to be bumped up 2 cap levels in the league restructure even though we were already waaaaayyy under leveled. We now find ourselves in a cap 28 league and our offense is STILL way under leveled.
Because of this, and because of some politics behind the scenes where I just couldn't get enough agents to at least boost I am struggling against these defenses that are almost 10 levels higher than the players on our offense.
Now, I am getting rid of one of my low level QB's as he has asked to no longer be a part of our team since we have no other choice right now but to run A LOT.
That's where you come into play. Now that I have a chance, I would like to be able to replace this QB that is leaving with a much higher level one who can help me open up the passing game.
Ideally I would like a QB that is level 26-28.
And remember that the run still will be featured until I can work the passing game in to where it can be a nice compliment to the running game THIS season and then next season assuming we stay in this cap 28, we will be at an average level as a team where we can be more competitive and have much more balance in the passing and run game.
