I'm a big fan of sure tackler as I am a big fundamentals guy.
I loved it on my LB last year (at 15) and he never missed a tackle all season (set to Balance). I think combining Sure Tackler and Power Tackler is a smart way to invest VAs, but again, I am talking about a LB here.
It's a good VA on it's own. There's nothing I hate more than a missed tackle, and getting a chance to "reroll" when you miss one (or are broken) is a great thing. Think of it as a "do over", but only when you loose.
