Is it any good for a LB?

Depends on the attributes with them and the position you want to play. Wrap-Up Tackle gives a boost to all non-diving tackles; similar to the Textbook Tackler VA. Closing Speed may be useful for OLB's if the opponent runs the opposite direction repeatedly, but it seems to tire the player out in the long run.

I think closing speed is less useful for an OLB. It would be more useful for a moderate speed MLB who has a tendency to chase guys down on outside runs, if the LOLB and SS get blocked often. Speed isn't the reason an OLB, at least the LOLB, doesn't make the tackle. And closing speed is not a big enough boost for most ROLBs to come all the way across the field for the tackle.

Probably not for a tackle, but maybe a potential fumble recovery? I'm too lazy to dig up the play.
