I have plenty of experience. Started OC'ing in season 3. I have owned two teams since then. And I'm a better OC than I am a Owner haha. Even though I am starting to OC my current team for this up coming game.
Here is what I want:
1.) Active forums is a must. I won't go to team thats not active.
2.) Good core of agents who want to win and boost.
3.) Stable ownership. (Some of the teams I GM I have been part of them for several seasons. Only a few of them I just took over this season. So I would like to go to team I can stick around with).
4.) The Ability to sign players, mod forum, and edit the depth chart is all I need. If you want to you can throw in renegotiate players so I can keep the guys I want to keep to make my offense truly work.
Here is what you will get from me:
1.) Active GM. I post daily in team forums.
2.) Gameplans. (People find it hard to gameplan against me, cause of the style I run) I.E. Check out the Nambia Wildehond. We have won in the past and we are winning this season.
3.) Experience in GLB.
4.) The ability to win.
