LOLB needs good speed/agi
good vision
and enough str/tkl
"enough" depends on your opponent

I'd say get speed, agility and vision all to 68

Yea if your planning on staying at LoLB. IMO LoLB is the only position that needs vision to 68, MLB and RoLB are fine at 61.
