Another question: Does Carry even affect Route Running?

Doesnt it on affect Super Elusive running?

Well I have over 50 carry and use CRR. I like it, but I dont think it is Carry that is what helps with CRR. Carry helps with Super elusive running. I dont run on super elusive but I have it at 99.

I get open frequently, I have 77 agility and 53 carry...
