Personally, I do not believe you get any significant benefit off of speed beyond 80, so I would go 81/99

its a flip of a coin. I like speed and it has worked for me others like agility. I would go all speed.

depends alot on the dline formations now no? alot of DCs like to line up their RDE wider these days it seems
