I do GM stuff. work with offense, defense, and owner to figure out schemes.

then i comb through the players to be leaders.

can help to fill in spots.

fill out the team make sure someone runnin the offense, and someone runnin the defense.

would also be willin to work in the low level teams where new players start out and help show people how to build right and filter them out so that teams that are networked and higher up in level get the top notch players.
