can't hurt to train up strength. need vision too.

Yeah I'm training STR. I plan on capping it and tackling. Should I cap STR again before going to vision?

I wouldn't recommend that. You will eventually want vision to over 61. I'd start training it as soon as you can cap strength, train it to 28 or more, then cap it, then possibly second cap it.

Thanks, I understand LBs a lot less than the rest of the defensive positions and was worrying I was focused on the wrong stuff. Sounds good, thanks!
