3 different builds, am interested in feedback, and possibly rating them from first to last on abilities

on the first guy, you did a bad job by spreading out the SAs too much. He'd be much better with all those points concentrated into shed blocks (as well as more agility and speed). Same point to a lesser degree on the second guy. And the third guy, should have no pass rusher SAs at all. If you want him to be a NT, focus on shed and breakthrough, with more tackling.
