Which is better i know that intense takes 5 points and builds 2 attributes but is it really better than using normal and training up one attribute seemingly more.

AEQ is important so I would say early in your career pick one att and normal train it until it is 30 or so, then cap that and train your next 2 atts on intense

AEQ is important, but at lower levels you don't really get that good of stuff. Plus, you can norm train here and there to get a shopping token, but still intense train for the majority of the time. Also, make sure you have a solid training plan. There is a wiki article about the benefits of normal v. advance training. That might be some help to you also.

id say intense train when the attribute is low until about 25 or so then u can decide to normal train maybe. just because the extra gains of intense training as so much bigger that its magnified more when the attribute is less.

Always intense train unless you need shopping tokens. imo

I prefer to train on intense.
