From a dark green 60 to a 57. Anyone know wtf? Anyone else have this happen?

Yeah, looks like 60 bars require 68 speed/agil now? Used to be like 68 speed, 60 agil or somewhere around there. My LB's bar went down as well and he's 74+ speed/agil (63->60).
