Watch Shakes McShakes on these two plays. Are these headfakes? He was running creative routes, could it be just from that?

would be an example of the only time I've seen HF show up on the replay. I haven't seen any dots fall like that during route running so it's hard to say if it specifically HF but you can probably say it is jukes from creative route running.

I'm talking about pre catch. I've seen plenty of head fakes like that post route. I'm thinking pre catch HF is different than post catch HF.

Thats what I was trying to say they probably don't show up the same as post catch. As a result its impossible to say whether your player did a head fake, juke from the SA, or "juke type move" as described in the tactics for route running.

I haven't seen him do things like that before and I added 5 HF so I figured it may be HF. He is a returner/test build tho for my other WR.

Ouch, the second one you froze the CB then hovered over him, if that were a deep route it would have been a TD.
