So who votes on the Pro Bowl Players? Us owners or everybody?

The fair way to do it is one vote per team, be it the owner, GM or a designatated voter. In the coming days I will post an ballot in this forum and I ask that all who will be voting to copy, paste, fill in their votes and send em to me. You have seen the posts on the voting format earlier.
We will be attempting to do a second team as well, so I will post that too, we just need a few more candidates in a few spots, like C.
