I'd get your speed up to 90 minimum.
Agility could be bumped that extra few points to 68.
Get that jumping to 48.
Strength is INSANELY low. Train that up for a while.
Catching doesn't help CB's a whole lot and 1 in Soft Hands (.5% bonus to catching is worthless).
Showboat is a morale-affecting VA, which is great if you believe moral has an effect on anything. WRs routinely finish games with poor morale, yet have had 100+ yard games. Morale doesn't affect WR's much. Additionally, you probably won't deflect more than 2-3 balls from a certain WR per game, so you'd be having less than a 10% morale hit anyway.
5 in Quick and 5 in Track Star doesn't do a whole lot.

If you're in love with attribute VAs (as you seem to be), reset what you've got. Spend 2 maxing out Football Genius. Take the rest and dump them in either track star or, preferably, Quick.

I think there's better VAs out there than you picked (Ball Hawk, 3rd down stopper, Jackhammer [but you'd need strength], Long Reach, etc.), but it's up to you.

Probably more than what you wanted to hear, but it is a decent build for a mid-40 CB.

SPD/AGI, and I would leave the Speedster tree alone, except maybe more Change Direction.

Thanks for the criticism. I don't know how this game works, so any advice is great.

So I'd like to reset my veteran points. How do I do that? I see that I have zero reset points. And will that give me all the points back so I can allocate them to different skills?

I think you might have to wait till season ends or unless Bort allows another reset. Once you reset your points, I think you can't get it back... that will only give you 10 reset points which is the ten that deleted from the VAs. If you have zero that means you use it up. That will not give you all the points back, but will be able to shift points around.

CD is supposed to mitigate lower agility levels...... 66 AGI at lvl 45 is very low.
