We are the Fargo Community College Timberwolves and we are looking for career-long COMMITMENTS for our Pee Wee team. Our ownership staff is also the owner of a successful, well-run Oceania AAA team (the Norfolk Island Knights) and we're looking to groom players to replace our current Norfolk Island roster when the 10 season age limit is reached. Next season all Pee Wee players will go to another Casual team to continue to be groomed into killers for their eventual trip to Oceania Pro (since we expect Norfolk Island to go Pro at some point within the next 4 or 5 seasons).
We are currently looking for a number of positions. Please bear in mind that some of these positions are FULL but, when you make a level 1, I will retire my player at that position. I had to make a butt-load of players to fill the roster but I do not want to be boosting 16 or more guys for the next few seasons.
Our program is very professional and well-run. Over the last 6 seasons in GLB we have had several former division rivals retire from team ownership and then come over to GM at our team. I think this speaks very highly of how our program is run.
A few rules to remember before you join:
1) You must be a booster. The idea here is to have a roster full of guys at the same level. If you do not boost you will eventually, in 4 or 5 seasons, wind up too far behind the others to contribute.
2) You need to be a team player. We have an established, successful team that we are molding these players to be a part of. If we're giving you build advice please follow it (or provide your own input) - We're giving you the advice needed to make your player fit our scheme, not necessarily what other teams may want in a player.
3) Must not be a tool. We have plenty of tools in our program already. Seriously, if you don't want to be a part of this franchise then don't sign. If you take off after 3 years we'll be very sad. And then we'll burn your trailer down to restore our manhood after crying so hard.
