any advice?

Pump up your Vision to 68.

Take advantage of the VA reset and get 1 thing maxed out, and start working on another.
I'd also get rid of Quick, but that's just me.

use the VA reset and take 5 off of quick and put it on long reach.

as for spending SP, try to boost Shutdown Coverage up to at least 6. it gets very usefull at higher levels.
