It helps to have a high carrying also which helps break tackles.

I think a great SE build would be 100+spd, 85+agi, 60 vision, 60 carrying, points in slippery and quick feet, and something like all 6's or something in the tree

From what I have seen, agility is just as important as speed and you can definitely tell the difference in acceleration from like a 100 spd back with like 70 agility to one with 80.
