no difference in exp, you just have to wait until the regular season starts. Most teams split playing time evenly, so if you want your player to play almost every snap you're better off signing with a dLeague team.

Yes, you get experience, just like in any other league. The main difference is that Pee Wee teams only can sign level 1 players, and that roster and finances are reset every season, so in theory every team has the chance to start on a level playing field every year.
