Everything is too low: Kicking is about 10-20 points too low, Conf is 25-30 points too low, vision is 20-30 points too low, I see some 10's, so you had a bad roll, STR and AGL will eventually have to go higher. You should have held off on the secondary attributes and SA's until the primaries were in good shape.
