Right now on Lvl 25 capped team...starting MLB

I'm focusing on 2nd speed cap now...good idea? Any help is appreciated...want him even against Run and Pass

build is closed. speed, agility, and vision are all important for pass coverage, without neglecting strength and tackling for run.
