Just received and seeking to build this team from the ground up.
Plan is to slowbuild starting with level 1s boosters and later on fully CE,.
Main focus will be training & maxing XP,and completely building the Stadium.
Better XP ands pay then development league teams 98/99 sub setting.
This season unfortunately we have to play in the Lv 38 league,heard we should be able to be placed in a much lower level bracket casual league.Main think we can offer is lots of Playing time,and better pay then development leagues ,all lv 1s will start with max allowed salary,and every contract redone during every offseason.
Unfortunately we will have to play in the lv 38 league this season,and was told by the admins should be able to be moved to a much lower lv bracket next offseason.
Offense seeking would be a run 1st ball control offense

1 agile/mobile QB
1 bruiserback style HB
1 Balanced FB
2 centers
3 Guards
2 OTs
2 balanced TEs
5 WR balanced blocking possession and speedsters
Defense building to have a very strong ,agile,sure tacklers DLine,MLB,and SS,while being extremely fast,agile,high visioned,sure tackling OLB,CBs,FS (read and react style of defense)Using a 4-3 allignment.

Seeking long term commitments from all agents if possible that will boost and fully CE in season 3-4 while holding onto all SPs even the ones that are awarded on player creation.
