I would say agility but I have never built a CB.

Ask yourself what a CB needs to do in real life, and apply the skills in GLB to build the player accordingly.

1) Be able to Stop on a dime, Start back up quickly and get to full speed and change direction in a tight radius (Agility)
2) Be able to keep up with fast WR's, occasiionally Blitz off the corner and close ground in run support/chase plays that get behind the defense (Speed).
3) Be able to read the play, anticipate the WR's fakes and cuts when route runnning and read/react to the QB's fakes/throwing motion. Also to read/react to the HB's fakes in the open field when getting the corner (Vision).

Those 3 areas are required of a CB on every play - and those three things form the foundation of a CB in my eyes (not a return man but a primary CB). There are supporting skills as well, but they aren't required on every play:

Jumping to break up passes (but again, you have to get in position to do that and QB's don't throw high on every play)
Tackling in run support and in the open field (but again, this isn't required on every play).
Confidence to be able to shake off getting burnt when it happens, i.e. CB's need to have short memories when bad things happen - though the extent to how this is mirrored in GLB is anyone's guess.

Hope this helps.

More speed/agility/vision/jumping in that order.
